Inspection Service PDF Print E-mail
We inspect every garment at least four times before it is returned to you. Geneva Cleaners has established high quality standards and we train each and every one of our staff to meet or exceed standards at each touch point.

It all starts on the front counter where we receive your clothing. We check each garment looking for signs of wear, broken buttons and zippers (have we mentioned our alterations and repair service?), certain trims that may require extra care and attention, as well as any spots or stains you may or may not be aware of.

In the back, after your garments are cleaned we do another check to make sure any residual spots and stains are removed before pressing. If need be, we will gently remove stubborn spots and stains by hand (did we mention the art and science of stain removal?).

As each garment is pressed, we are checking for spots or stains, or any additional special attention your garment may require. All pressing is a very hands on process and every square inch of your garment is visually inspected while our skilled pressers engage their craft.

After pressing, your garment is inspected at our spotting station. We look for spots, stains, wrinkles, double creases and anything that may not meet our rigid quality standards.

Finally, as your order is prepared to be wrapped in protective plastic, we give it one more inspection before moving onto the final inspector -- you. Checked, re-checked and checked again twice more, you can see no spot, stain or wrinkle has a chance of escaping our team.
