While his brother, Scot, continues to provide vital support for the family business between health challenges, Eric remains the face of our commitment to the community. Billing Specialist / Executive Assistant
A cornerstone of our back office since 1999, Jessica manages the complex world of billing and administration. She works hand-in-hand with our restoration department to ensure everything runs smoothly. When she isn't "crunching numbers," Jessica is likely biking through Geneva’s parks or enjoying the sales at Swedish Days with her family.
Lisa Parducci
CRDN Project Managerecutive Assistant
Since 2016, Lisa has been the calm in the storm for homeowners facing disaster. As our Project Manager, she coordinates with adjusters and contractors, helping families identify "immediate need" items to make traumatic situations more manageable. She loves the team-first culture at Geneva Cleaners and spends her free time traveling or reading.
Jazmin Alcantara

Joining us in 2014, Jazmin specializes in bringing household items back to life after fire or water damage. Her favorite part of the job is the moment a customer realizes their cherished belongings are safe again. An avid runner and outdoor enthusiast, Jazmin loves exploring Geneva’s restaurants whenever she gets the chance.
Tracy LaFarie

Tracy has been an integral part of our disaster recovery team since 2008. She assists homeowners in the wake of fire, smoke, and mold, and she credits her coworkers as the hardest working people she knows. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys decorating, working out, and spending time with her dogs.

Production Manager
Lluvia has been the engine behind our workflow since 2004. As Production Manager, she oversees quality control and ensures every garment meets our high standards. For Lluvia, the best part of Geneva Cleaners is the teamwork. She is a major fan of Swedish Days and loves spending time with her family in the local community.working people she knows. Fortunato “Nato” Alvarado
Master Dry Cleaner
Nato has been with us since 1991 and is a true master of his craft. While some find stain removal tedious, Nato considers it his favorite part of the day—especially when he can surprise a customer by removing a "permanent" mark. When he’s not at the shop, he enjoys repairing automobiles and grabbing lunch around town.

Since 2015, Sarai has been a friendly face at our front counter and our Car Hop service. She thrives on the daily interactions with our regulars and loves the community feel of the shop. An enthusiast of camping and cooking, she makes it a point to shop in Geneva whenever she has a free moment.

Joey joined the team in 2010 and considers her coworkers her "second family." Whether she is helping you at the counter or through our Car Hop service, Joey’s goal is to make the experience fun for every customer. She is an outdoor adventurer who loves everything about the town of Geneva.
